Welcome to the Sandlot League – Where Everyone Gets to Play!
Whether you’ve never swung a bat or haven’t picked one up since high school, this is your chance to get in the game — no pressure, no drama, just good vibes and fresh air.
The Sandlot League is Fairfax Adult Softball’s new developmental league built for new players, rusty veterans, and anyone looking to learn the game in a fun, laid-back setting. Think pickup games, rotating teams, and a community that cheers for effort over stats.
No glove? No bat? No clue? No problem.
We’ve got all the gear you need — just show up in sneakers and a good attitude.
You’ll learn the rules, get some swings in, and start building confidence on the field. It’s the perfect way to warm up to league play — or just enjoy some casual softball without keeping score (unless you really want to).
Games are every other Friday (weather and participation pending) at Braddock Park. Two game guarantee, $15 a person. If you have a whole team who would like to play please ping the office!
*NOTE: 7/18/25, 8/1/25, and 8/15/25 will be FREE to anyone who registers! You must register in order to play!
